If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), all purchased items can be returned for a full refund. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We must receive returned items within 90 days from the date of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.But we also reserve the right to refuse any unreasonable return.

To return and item, please follow the THREE steps below:

1. Prepare item(s) in original packaging.

2. Use a trackable shipping service to mail the item(s) to our returns center.

3. IMPORTANT: Email your full name, tracking number, order number (very important) to this email address. Returns cannot be processed without this information.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.
